Helen Natsios (Logothetis)
LOWELL, MA- Helen (Logothetis) Natsios, 94, died peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Fairview Nursing Home in Hudson, NH. She was the beloved wife of Louis C. Natsios with whom she spent many loving years of marriage until his passing.
Born in Lowell on August 28, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Costa and Pota (Behrakis)Logothetis. Helen spent the majority of her career working as a Clerk at Hanscom Field. She also spent time working as a Secretary for the Naval Shipping Department in Washington, D.C. during WWII.
Family was most important to Helen. Her most cherished time was spent surrounded by those that she loved, particularly her grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking, especially various Greek foods.
She is survived and will be deeply missed by her son, Christopher Natsios and his wife Linda of Litchfield, NH; two granddaughters, Erica O'Donaghue and her husband Timothy, and Andrea Natsios; two great-grandchildren, Charles and Addison O'Donaghue; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her five siblings, Alice, Peter, Tina, Laura, and Cree Logothetis.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on THURSDAY, April 6th from 3 to 7 p.m. at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. Her funeral will be held from the funeral home on FRIDAY, April 7th at 9 a.m. with her funeral service to follow at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Lowell. Burial to follow in Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
