Condolence From: Lori Kunz
Condolence: Bob was a good and kind man. I was sad to hear of his passing even 10 years after we stopped working together at the farm. I would always look for him at conferences and shows to introduce myself and to say thank you since we had never met in person.

I am very sorry your loss.

Condolence: Griffin was my first account and Bob was one of the first sales reps I worked with. His enthusiasm and energy was infectious. He was honest and hard working, I could always count on Bob, and seeing him work with his customers it was quite evident he was doing his best for them. I will miss him. To his family, I say, your dad, your husband touched many people all across this nation, my deepest and loving thoughts for your loss.

Condolence: We are the University of Rhode Island are so sorry to hear Bob has passed. He was a true friend - helping get odd mixes and pot sizes we thought we needed for research or teaching. Bob was always a smiling face and friend at trade shows and on the phone. He never spoke badly about others and was a good person. We will miss you Bob!

Condolence: No. I JUST found out, having e-mailed Bob one of my last minute orders for my greenhouse/nursery business. And I also just found out that I wasn't even supposed to be one of Bob's customers. He handled all my orders because I was not happy with the sale's rep who had been assigned to me. Bob did all the work and the credit went to someone else. I had no idea because he always seemed so cheerful and glad to talk with me.

He was upbeat and fun to do business with. I thought of him as a friend. Bob would bend over backwards to find the supplies you needed - and one way or another he would get them to me. He was generous with his time and I'm sure his other customers thought of him as a friend as well. He and I shared a similar situation with our hearts and we discussed my surgery. I thank his family for sharing him with us. He was such a nice man. And I am so sorry.

Condolence: We were shocked and very saddened by Bob's passing. He was a faithful friend to Steve and I and always stopped by whenever he was passing through town. He didn't stay long but the quality of his visit was what made it special. Always interested in what was going on with us and our children. The last time we saw him was 2 years ago at Aunt Vern's funeral when he told us of his fight with diabetes. We understood why we hadn't seen much of him recently as he was taking care of his health. We will always miss Bob as will his other friends that he grew up with in Falmouth.

Condolence: I have know Bob from many years and called him a friend as well as a great sales rep. Over his many years in business he had accumulated a tremendous wealth of knowledge that he had been happy to share with his many "friends" in the green industry. I have always appreciated the passion he brought to his craft as well as his personable demeanor. I will miss him. May he rest in peace
