Obituary for Katherine Charette (Knight)

HAMPTON- Katherine S. (Knight) Charette, 76, formerly of Tyngsboro and Lowell, died unexpectedly in her home, Saturday, December 9th. She was the beloved wife of Robert R. Charette, with whom she celebrated 59 years of marriage.
She was born in Lowell on May 4, 1941, the daughter of the late Stella (Kaplon) and Edward Knight. In her free time, Katherine loved to play trivia games and socialize on Facebook on her computer. However, Katherine enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her husband, Robert, Katherine is survived by and will be deeply missed by her children: Cindy Rieger and her husband Robert of Summerville, South Carolina, Robert F. Charette and his wife LaSalette of Pelham, NH, and Michelle Farnkoff and her husband John of Methuen.. She also leaves her 9 grandchildren.
Katherine is predeceased by her daughter, Dawna Stetzler, who passed away in 2012.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, December 13th, from 4-7PM in Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut, Ma. Her funeral will be held from the funeral home at 9AM with her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Patrick's Church, 12 Main St., Pelham, NH, Thursday, December 14th at 10AM. Burial to follow in Gibson Cemetery, Pelham, NH.
