DRACUT, MA - Carol A. Kondos, 75, of Dracut, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 5th at the Fairhaven Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of Christo J. Kondos, whom she was married to for 56 years.

Carol was born on June 30, 1942, in Boston and was educated in Wilmington area schools.

Over the years, Carol and her husband owned and operated two businesses in Lowell. The O-Ray-O Sandwich Shop and L&L Food Store. She also worked for many years as a secretary, retiring from Butler Bank in Lowell in 2007.

She was a communicant of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Lowell where she spent many years teaching Sunday school. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening and spending time with her family. Friends and family will remember her sense of humor and kindness.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her two daughters, Lisa McNulty and her husband John of York Harbor, ME, and Louanne Theokas of Pepperell; grandsons, Matthew McNulty of York Harbor, ME, Sam McNulty of Ipswich, and Angelo Theokas of Pepperell. She is also survived by her brother-in-law George Kondos, sisters-in-law Rena Monoxelos and Carol Hirschfeld, as well as several nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Calling hours are Thursday, June 7th from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Dracut Funeral Home, 2159 Lakeview Avenue in Dracut. Her funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home followed by her Funeral Service at 10 a.m. at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Lowell. Burial service will be held immediately following the funeral at Westlawn Cemetery, 305 Boston Road, Lowell MA 01854. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol's name to the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 62 Lewis Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
