Charles Ward Reilly Obituary (1940 - 2025)

Charles Ward Reilly age 85, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully at Methuen Village on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Donna M. (Jones) Reilly with whom he enjoyed 62 years of marriage. He was born in Lowell on October 8, 1940, and was the son of the late Charles J. and Gertrude M. (Donnellan) Reilly. Charles was raised in Tewksbury, MA and went to Tewksbury High School. In 1960, he met and married the love of his life Donna. Together, they raised two children in the local area and owned and operated their business, Dracut Paving. They enjoyed flying their plane to either one of their homes in Ossipee, NH or Winter Haven, Florida. Charles is survived by his daughter Mary Wood and her husband Eric of Windham, NH. His son Charlie Reilly and his wife Nancie of Dracut, MA. Five grandchildren, Kristy Cummings and her husband Tom of Wells, ME, Justin Wood and his wife Alissa of Mendon, MA, Kara Frahm and her husband Josh of Holly Springs, NC, Heather Daminger and her husband Walt of Dracut, MA and Sean Wood and his wife Shelby of Wendell, NC and six great-grandchildren. His siblings; Phyllis Rondeau of Lowell, William Reilly and his wife Diane of Lynn, and Joseph Reilly of Pepperell. Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately.
