Damian Torres, Jr.

Damian Torres, Jr., age 48, of Tyngsboro, MA, formerly of Lawrence and Lowell, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.

Damian was the beloved husband of Maribel (Fuentes) Torres. Born on July 30, 1977, he was raised in Lawrence, MA, where he built lifelong friendships and strong community ties. He was the proud owner of Sentry Glass in Lawrence, a business he dedicated himself to with hard work and determination.

Damian loved spending time with his family and creating lasting memories through travel. He especially enjoyed visiting family in Puerto Rico, going on cruises with his loved ones, and fishing — one of his favorite pastimes that brought him peace and happiness.

He was predeceased by his loving mother, Iris E. Torres, and his sister, Virgen Millie (Torres) Rivera.

Damian leaves behind his devoted father, Damian Torres, and his wife, Hilda Torres, of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by his loving siblings: Maria Torres de Martinez and her husband, Jorge Martinez, of Methuen, MA; Roberto Vasquez of Tampa, FL; Elvis S. Torres of Lawrence, MA; and Cheyenne E. Torres of Topeka, KS.

Above all, Damian was especially proud of his children: Damian Isaac Torres, Nyzaiah Torres, Nishia D. Torres, and Abigalee Torres. He was also a loving and cherished grandfather of four.

He additionally leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; his mother-in-law and father-in-law; as well as countless friends who became family throughout his life.

Damian will be remembered for his love for his family, his generous spirit, and the lasting impact he made on all who knew him.

A private funeral service and burial were held.
