Visitation Details Thursday, May 28th, 2015 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Dracut Funeral Home Friday, May 29th, 2015 10:00am, Dracut Funeral Home Interment Details Tewksbury Cemetery HUDSON, NH- Doris (Lemelin) Clermont, 86, died peacefully,Tuesday, May 26th, at her home, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Henry J. Clermont, whom she spent many loving years of marriage with until he passed away in 1999. Born in Chelsea on February 23, 1929, Doris was a daughter of the late Elzeard and Mary (Roy) Lemelin. In her younger years, Doris worked at the Cameo Diner, as well as the Shoe Shop. Prior to her retirement, she was a member of the kitchen staff at the Tewksbury State Hospital. In her spare time, Doris enjoyed playing cards and Bingo. She also loved listening to country music and going for motorcycle rides. Above all, her most cherished time was spent loving and caring for her family. Doris is survived and will be deeply missed by her five children, Bea (Landry) Lessard of Dunkin, SC, Suzanne (Tanguay) Cormier and her husband Roland of Hudson, NH, Paul Tanguay and his wife Jean of Hudson, NH, Roger Tanguay and his wife Elizabeth of Lowell, and Patricia (Tanguay) Herlihy and her husband James of Lowell; two stepdaughters, Louise Clermont, of Allenstown, NH, and Sandra Clermont of VA; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; six siblings, Robert Lemelin and his wife Blanche of Tewksbury, Edward Lemelin and his wife Jackie of Springfield, Rose Nadeau of Derry, NH, Lorraine Levesque and her husband Fred of Tyngsboro, Theresa Doherty and her husband Robert of Lowell, and Gerard Lemelin and his wife Helen of Tewksbury; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Doris was predeceased by her stepdaughter, Cecile Huot; as well as her siblings Beatrice Gelineau, Claire Hamel, and Roger Lemelin. Doris's family would like to thank Home Health & Hospice for all the loving care and dedication they showed her. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects from 4-8 p.m. on THURSDAY, May 28th at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Ave., Dracut. Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on FRIDAY at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Tewksbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doris's name to Home Health & Hospice, 7 Executive Park Dr., Merrimack, NH 03054.
