Eugenie M. Malandrino Obituary (1931 - 2019)

DRACUT- Eugenie M. "Jeanne" (Desmarais) Malandrino, passed away, Wednesday, January 9th at D'Youville Life and Wellness Center, Lowell. She was the beloved wife of the late Concetto "Jack" Malandrino, who passed away in December of 2017. Jeanne was born in Lowell on November 22, 1931 a daughter of the late Grace V. (Coakley) Desmarais and Joseph Desmarais. She was educated in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School with the Class of 1949. In her free time, you could find Jeanne sitting quietly reading, knitting, or playing cards and bingo with friends. Jeanne is survived and will be deeply missed by her two children: John Malandrino and his wife Diane of Dracut and her daughter, JoAnn St. Hilaire also of Tewksbury. She also leaves her grandchildren: Gregory St. Hilaire and his wife Amy of Chelmsford, Danielle Lavin and her husband Ryan of Merrimack, NH., Jake Malandrino and Marissa Malandrino, both of Dracut her great grandchildren: Gracie Lavin and Jamieson Lavin and Brady St. Hilaire, her brother: Robert Desmarais and his wife Irene of Nashua, NH. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Eugenie was also the sister of the late Arthur, Thomas and James Desmarais. ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Saturday, January 12th, from 9-11AM at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Her funeral service will be held Saturday at 11AM in the funeral home. Her burial will take place in the Spring in Varnum Cemetery.
