Foresteire, 67, died unexpectedly on Monday morning, October 5, 2015 at his home. He was the long time love of Nancy Pare' of Dracut. James was born in Medford on October 7th, 1947. He was the son of the late Salvatore L. and Margaret M. (Walker) Foresteire. James was a former realtor and instrumental in creating the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce. He was involved for most of his life in the restaurant industry managing and bartending at many local estabishments. He was well known and well loved. He was also an avid sports fan. James is survived by his children, Douglas J. Foresteire and his wife Michelle of Londonderry, NH, Kristen L. Loranger of Dracut, Thomas J. Foresteire of Los Angeles California, James R. Foresteire Of Tyngsboro, and Michelle Rowbotham and her husband John of Tyngsboro; his siblings Ann M. Brennan of Lowell, Richard L. Foresteire of FLA and Robert J. Foresteire of Londonderry NH, as well as several grandchildren, his great grandson Zach, and many nieces and nephews. James is predeceased by his daughter Erica Foresteire formerly of Lowell and sister Mary Ford also formerly of Lowell. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut on Saturday, October 10th, from 12 (noon) until 2:45pm. His Funeral Service will be held at 2:45 until 3 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral home. Burial will be private.
