Kelly E. Foley

–

Dracut, Massachusetts

Kelly E. (McKenna) Foley, age 52, a resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston on Sunday, May 17, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Keith P. Foley with whom she enjoyed 23 years of marriage.

Kelly was born in Lowell on May 7, 1974, and was the daughter of the late Hugh M. and Patricia J. (Belleville) McKenna.

Kelly was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, and raised in Dracut, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Rhode Island before graduating from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In 1996, she welcomed her first son, Slade, and from that moment devoted herself wholeheartedly to being the best mother she could be. In 1998, she met the love of her life, Keith, at a party, and together they built a beautiful life centered on love, laughter, and family. Their family grew with the arrival of Dillan in 2004, Shealyn “Kelly Jr.” in 2005, and Colin in 2007.

Kelly cherished spending time with family and friends at the lake, traveling the world with her daughter Shealyn to attend Harry Styles concerts, and enjoying annual vacations at the family condo in Florida. Alongside her dedication to her family, Kelly built a successful career in property management with Princeton Properties. What began as a job evolved into a career she truly loved, giving her the opportunity to share her positivity, compassion, and passion for teaching with everyone she met. Kelly took tremendous pride in both her family and her career, and her spirit of love, togetherness, and connection will forever remain at the heart of her legacy.

In addition to her loving husband, Kelly is survived by her children, Slade P. Sousa, Dillan P. Foley, Shealyn E. Foley, and Colin P. Foley; her siblings, Hugh McKenna Jr. and his wife, Denise, and Daniel McKenna; her brothers-in-law, Michael P. Foley and his wife, Mary, and Garet M. Foley and his wife, Christine; her sister-in-law, Judith McKenna; and her cherished nieces and nephews, Chris, Courtney, Katelyn, Ryan, Ariel, Kayla, Nicholas, Lauren, Isabella, and Ava. She also leaves behind close family friends, Dave and Kris Beauchesne, along with their sons, Cody and Matt. Kelly will be deeply missed by her many family members and friends.
