Louis Roger Leakeas

Louis Roger Leakeas, 78, of Dracut passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill. He was the beloved husband of Arlene (Marcouillier) Leakeas with whom he shared 56 years of marriage.

He was born in Waterbury Connecticut on April 3, 1943 and was the son of the late Michael and Margaret (Lemay) Leakeas. He was educated in the Lowell Schools.

Louis owned and operated Leakeas Exterminating. He provided his services in Dracut and its surrounding towns for over 50 years. He liked going to work and meeting people in the community. He loved his business as he worked closely with clients and often helped those in difficult situations offering his services for free to ensure their needs were met. He also enjoyed doing work out in his yard here and in Florida where they spent the last 6 winters., but most of all he cherished his time with his family.

In addition to his loving wife, Louis leaves behind his children; Michele Lamphier of Dracut, Mark Leakeas of Tyngsboro, and Brian Leakeas of Florida. Also survived by his 2 grandchildren; Brandon Lamphier and Ashlyn Leakeas.

He was predeceased by his brother; Paul Leakeas.

At the request of the family all services were held privately. Interment in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
