Salvatore A. “Sal” Monteneri, Jr. Obituary (1988 - 2021)

Salvatore A. Sal Monteneri, Jr., age 33, a resident of Dracut, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Julianne (Matley) Monteneri. He was born in Cambridge on July 30, 1988 and was the son of Salvatore A. Monteneri and Sharon (Robertson) LaPorta. Sal grew up in Wilmington and attended Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in Billerica, where he played football. He moved to Arizona his senior year and graduated from Willow Cannon High School. Sal enjoyed watching movies, playing video games, building Batman legos, bowling, Ford Mustangs, and playing floor hockey with friends, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. In addition to his loving wife, Julianne he is survived by his two sons; Dominic and Marcus, his mother Sharon LaPorta and her husband Michael of Dracut, Salvatore A. Monteneri and his wife Denise of Tewksbury, Siblings; Brianna LaPorta of Dracut, Anthony Monteneri of Tewksbury, Christopher Monteneri of Tewksbury. Sal also leaves behind his Grandparents; Leon LeCroy, Constantina Monteneri, Leonarda LaPorta and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his grandmother; Margaret Peggy LeCroy, uncle Christopher Robertson, and his aunt Giselle Stone (LaPorta). Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 14th from 11:30 2:30pm at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flower memorial donations can be made in Sals name to The Scars Foundation.
