Dalton, 64, of Methuen, died peacefully Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Lawrence General Hospital, surrounded by his family. Wayne was born in Boston on June 13, 1950. He was the son of the late Robert and Julia (Cook) Dalton. Wayne received his education in the Tewksbury school system and was a graduate of Tewksbury High School. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam war enlisted in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged in 1972. Wayne was employed in construction for Daley Construction Company in Lowell for many years. In his free time Wayne had a love for motorcycles and enjoyed boating on Newfound Lake but above all his most cherished time was spent with his family. He is survived by his five siblings, Jean Smith of NH, Carol Oljey of NH, Paul Dalton and his wife Ann Marie of Pelham, Robert Dalton and his wife Judy of Hudson, MA, William Dalton and his wife Linda of FL; his fianc Dawn Oliveto of Methuen, her children, grandchildren, and her family. He is also survived by his sons Jason Korvas Dalton and Timothy Korvas Dalton; and his grandchildren. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at DRACUT FUNERAL HOME 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, on THURSDAY, April 16th from 4-8 p.m. A service and military honors will be presented at 7:45 PM in the funeral home. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
