Jordan Sousa

Office Administrator

Jordan grew up in Tyngsborough and attended St. Patrick's School in Lowell before graduating from Tyngsborough High School in 1996. He earned an associate degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in 1998. Jordan began his career with Filene's Basement, where he spent 18 years advancing from stock associate to General Manager. In that role, he traveled extensively throughout the country, training staff and supporting store operations. In 2013, he embraced a new and deeply meaningful role as a stay-at-home father, which he considers the most rewarding experience of his life. In 2026, Jordan joined the Dracut team as Office Administrator. He resides in Lowell with his wife, Desireé, and their daughter, Willa, and enjoys making frequent trips to Vermont whenever possible. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys reading, traveling, attending minor league baseball games, and cooking for his family and loved ones.
