 It is never easy to lose a loved one. Our mother knew she wanted her funeral services to be handled by Jen & Paul of Dracut Funeral Home, and I now know why. 

The premises are absolutely peaceful, and inviting, and the support of Jen, Paul and their staff was so comforting and welcoming it was absolutely amazing. In a way, it felt like we were amongst family the whole time. Both the wake and funeral services were wonderful and I never thought I would use those words to describe these events. My wife, Kerri passed away this past May after a seven year battle with cancer. There were so many decisions to be made at a very difficult time at the beginning of the grieving process for me and my two sons.

My beautiful sister who was loved by so many passed in May. 

Jennifer and the whole staff at Dracut Funeral Home were wonderful to work with. They were professional yet also kind, compassionate and so helpful. During the viewing and funeral, they were there to meet any need. 

We knew there would be a lot of people attending and never once did it feel crowded or rushed. I have spoken with many who were in line waiting to give their condolences and they all remarked on how nice the staff was. The place itself is beautiful, as are the grounds.

We lost my father, Frank Murray, on February 12, 2022.  This was almost 2 years to the day after losing my son, Tommy.  Dracut Funeral Home was under different ownership at the time of my son's service.  Since my father passed away during the winter, we couldn't bury him until Spring.  

Paul and Jennifer were absolutely amazing through this whole process.  Not once did my family feel like they were funeral directors but instead, we felt as though long time family friends were handling all of the arrangement details.  They listened and were genuinely interested in stories about my dad and my son.  They were sincerely interested in who they were and what they were like. The greatest gift you can give someone who is grieving is to ask about their loved one and truly listen.  

Paul and Jennifer did that for my family and we can't thank them enough.  They are absolutely the right people for this job!  They are GOOD people who truly care about others.

From services, to personalizing things as we needed, to adjusting to quick requests and changes, to helping us memorialize my grandfather with the Lowell Police, US Navy and everything in between.
